For five generations our family has been raising cattle on the rolling hills of southwestern Wisconsin. Now you can enjoy all the benefits of grass fed beef with full confidence because we control the process from pasture to plate. We supply all natural Black Angus Beef. Quality grass fed beef, without hormones, antibiotics, or by-product feeds. Our cattle are allowed free range on fertile pastures rich with naturally growing legumes and grasses, such as timothy, brome, orchid, and rye.

Our philosophy of selling beef is a simple one: We think that every one of our customers should get a sampling of the various flavors and textures of beef. We do not sell packages of just tenderloins or steaks, or packages of just stew meat. Each package of Windover Ranch all natural beef will have a variety of cuts representing the whole animal, from select to economical. Therefore we offer packages in 10- and 20-pound increments to build a package suitable for your needs.
